the hotel’s prime location allowed me to take a short walk to the Hillcrest Park Zoo, where I enjoyed the beautiful scenery, and I loved being just a couple of kilometers away from the vibrant North Plains Mall for shopping and dining options.

Cleanliness raised concerns, with dirty dishes left in the sink upon arrival and dust found under the sofa bed. The sharp edges of the pool steps posed safety risks, and there were issues with the alarm ringing in the night, interrupting sleep. Also, it was frustrating waiting too long for the front desk to sort out the initial reservation mess.

The queen studio was spacious with a mini kitchen that made it easy to prepare snacks. I loved the warm indoor pool, perfect for the kids after a long drive. The breakfast selection was decent, offering a good variety to start the day. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our room had dirty dishes in the sink, which gave a bad impression. My daughter also cut her foot on the sharp steps leading into the pool, a concerning safety issue. Additionally, the front desk staff took way too long to find our reservation, which was frustrating for us. Despite these issues, the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff that helped make our stay enjoyable.

Positive, The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I loved the kitchenette for easy snacks. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was polite and helpful.

Everything was first-rate.

Continental breakfast was adequate, but the 24-hour reception was a bit slow.

I particularly appreciated the indoor pool, which provided a great space for relaxation after a busy day. The staff was accommodating and ensured a pleasant stay.
